No prerequisites are required, but students should have an interest in learning more about property investing and access to Microsoft Excel for deal analysis.

The fundamentals of analyzing property investments course, similar to the other courses, prepares and sets you up for success in your property investment journey. The other property courses are more advanced and focused primarily on investment analysis, preparing you for more complex and comprehensive property investing scenarios. While the other courses go deeper into the analysis side, they do not cover many of the topics we address here.
